Located in the heart of the Milky Way, one of the world’s most famous ski areas, with 400 kilometres of slopes and more than 50 kilometres dedicated to cross-country skiing, and one of the most important locations hosting the XX Winter Olympic Games in 2006. The closest chairlift, which takes you to the “Monte Banchetta” area, is only 50 meters away, making it extremely easy to access the slopes (home of the Kandahar Olympic downhill slope). Our apartments are also only a few minutes’ walk from the village centre.
The “Via Lattea” is a modern ski resort with artificial snowmaking facilities that ensures a ski season from early December to Easter. But what good is a day of skiing if there is no après-ski? The Sestriere area is a cosmopolitan and lively ski resort that draws both foreign and local visitors. On the slopes and in the main towns, there are numerous bars, restaurants, and clubs.

You will have an excellent dining experience whether you choose our half board package or an evening visit to our restaurant. Ski rental and school are just a few meters away, and ski storage is available for guests. For a fee, there is a garage available upon request.

Vialattea (Via Lattea in English) hosted many events during the Torino 2006 Winter Olympics:
– Located in the Piedmont region of Italy, between 1,350 and 2,850 metres above sea level;
– For all levels, including high-level skiing;
– Excellent cross-country skiing facilities, including an Olympic track;
– Ski slopes: over 400 km, 30 green runs, 54 blue runs, 118 red runs, 42 black runs;
– Equipment: 92 ski lifts (chairlifts and cabins), 40 km of cross-country trails;
The comfort rooms are spacious and feature a flat-screen TV as well as a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub. There are double, triple, and quadruple rooms with separate sleeping areas, which are ideal for families or groups of friends.

Apartments with 2 to 4 beds and separate rooms are available at our “Nube d’Argento” Residence, about 180 meters from the Hermitage Hotel. Guests staying in the apartments can use the Hermitage’s restaurant for breakfast or half board. The Residence is located directly on the ski slope (ski in / ski out) and is only 30 meters from the start of the “Nube d’Argento” chairlift.

After a long day on the slopes, the lounge area is the ideal place to unwind and relax.
